At The Gorkhali Cafeteria, customer satisfaction is very important to us. This Refund Policy explains how we handle cancellations and refunds.
1. Dine-In Orders
Payments made for dine-in meals at our restaurant are non-refundable once the food has been prepared and served.
2. Takeaway and Delivery Orders (if applicable)

If you cancel an order before preparation has started, a full refund will be issued.

If the order is already prepared or out for delivery, we cannot provide a refund.

In cases of incorrect or damaged orders, please contact us immediately and we will arrange a replacement or appropriate refund.
3. Event Bookings and Reservations
Deposits for private events or group reservations are refundable if the cancellation is made at least 48 hours before the scheduled time. After that, deposits are non-refundable.
4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refund timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
